All TVs (non-Neo QLED), audio equipment, home appliances, and accessories.

Neo QLED & Premium TVs

2 Years

Samsung Neo QLED, QLED 8K, and The Frame QN9 models and above.

What is Covered

Manufacturing defects

Hardware failures under normal use conditions

Software faults caused by factory errors

Internal component failures not caused by external damage

What is Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse or unintended use of the product

Physical damage — drops, cracks, bent frame, broken screen

Water or liquid damage of any kind

Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party parts

Normal wear and tear over time

Damage caused by unstable power supply or improper installation

Warranty is valid only under normal and intended use as described in the product manual.

How to Claim Warranty
