- All original accessories and documentation are included
- Exchange is requested within 14 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Physical damage caused by the customer — drops, cracks, dents
- Water or liquid damage
- Items requested after the 14-day window
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
How to Exchange
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Tell us your order number and the item you would like instead.
- We arrange pickup and confirm any price difference.
- Once inspected and approved, we deliver your replacement.
